古县石壁乡三合村，有一株已有1300多年的古牡丹，被中国牡丹芍药协会专家认定为迄今为止“最大单株野生白牡丹”，被誉为“天下第一牡丹”。开花时间在四月底、五月初，一般年景有400余朵，最多时621朵。花朵怒放时，如同碗口大小，直径近20厘米。花瓣双层12片，每片大小如掌，外部为玉白色，内部少有血红色。花朵中心长有花蕊，金黄色。花香浓郁，沁人心脾，数十米外可闻。
In Sanhe Village, Shibi Township, Gu County, there is an ancient peony with a history of more than 1300 years, which has been recognized by experts of Chinese Herbaceous Peony Association as the "largest single wild white peony" so far, and is known as "the world’s No.1 peony". Flowering time is at the end of April and the beginning of May. There are more than 400 flowers in the general year and 621 flowers at most. Flowers in full bloom, like the size of the bowl mouth, nearly 20 cm in diameter. The petals are twelve pieces in two layers, each of which is palm-sized, with a jade-white outside and a little blood-red inside. Flowers have stamens with golden yellow in the center. Fragrant flowers, refreshing, dozens of meters away can smell.
近年来，古县县委、县政府以加快转变经济发展方式为主线，依托“天下第一牡丹”这一品牌大力发展文化旅游产业，累计投资达3.5亿元，已成功举办了十届牡丹花会和八届牡丹文化旅游节，牡丹景区已初具规模。 2012年，景区被正式授予国家AAAA级旅游景区称号，极大地提高了牡丹文化品牌和古县的知名度，成为古县旅游产业发展的一个重要里程碑。
In recent years, the Gu County Party Committee and the county government have taken accelerating the transformation of economic development mode as the main line, relying on the brand of "the World’s No.1 Peony" to vigorously develop the cultural tourism industry, with a total investment of 350 million yuan, has successfully held the 10th Peony Flower Fair and the 8th Peony Cultural Tourism Festival, and the peony scenic spot has begun to take shape. In 2012, the scenic spot was officially awarded the title of national AAAA tourism scenic spot, which greatly improved the brand of peony culture and the popularity of Gu County, and became an important milestone in the development of tourism industry in Gu county.
2、项目建设内容及规模：一是说明是否新建、扩建、改建项目，二是简要说明项目建设是否占地且多大面积（万平方米）、厂房等建筑的数量及建设面积（万平方米）、设备（包括生产线）购置数量、引进什么技术及其它需说明的主要建设内容。
