右玉县招商引资服务中心隶属于右玉人民政府，右玉县位于山西、内蒙两省，晋北边陲，是山西的北大门，现有人口11.2万人。

Business attraction and investment service center in Youyu county is affiliated to Youyu county’s government. Youyu is located in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia. It is at the northern border of Shanxi and is the northern gateway of Shanxi. It has a population of 112000.
四、项目概况
（一）项目内容
1.项目背景：利用小南山近县城的区位优势和良好的生态环境优势，将其打造为集近郊山地休闲、右玉精神展示窗口、家庭游乐等多功能为一体的综合性旅游区。
2.项目建设内容及规模：建设“右玉精神”主题园、山地运动公园、越野欢乐场、无动力游乐场、萌宠乐园、西山滑雪场等
（二）项目投资估算：项目总投资35000万元，资金来源争取政府支持和部分自筹。
（三）项目配套条件：目前已完成配套上下水、供电、道路硬化、集中供暖、绿化美化等硬件建设。
（四）项目市场预测及效益分析：项目建成后有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
IV. Project profile
(One) Project content
1. Project background: geological advantages and superior ecological environmental advantages of small Nanshan near the downtown county is taken advantage of. It is being built into a comprehensive tourism spot aggregating multiple functions as entertainment in the nearby mountainous land, window for displaying spirits of Youyu and family entertainment.
2. Content and scale: ‘Youyu spirit’ theme park, mountainous land park, cross-country amusement park, no-impetus amusement park, pet park and western hill skiing field and so on are being built.
(Two) Budget: total budget 350 million Yuan. the finance is used to get governmental support and is used for fund-raising.
(Three) Supporting terms: such hardware buildings as water, power supply, road hardening, concentrated heat supply, beautification and so forth have been completed.
(Four) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis: upon completion, it will have good economic and social benefits.

（一）政策：符合国家、产业政策及山西省产业规划；
（二）核准（备案）：正在申报
（三）土地、环保：符合国家土地政策及环保规定，是否经相关国土部门及环保部门初审认可；非农业项目选址是否经国土、环保、城建规划等部门初审同意。
（四）项目可行性研究报告及项目建议书：正在编制
