1.项目具体选址：文水县开栅镇麻峪口村刘家嶂沟。
2.项目建设内容及规模：新建项目，总建筑面积10000㎡，主要建设内容：森林康养基地服务中心（欧洲风情、原小木屋改建升级）及其他配套基础设施，建筑面积5000㎡；森林康养区（居住）建筑面积5000㎡
（二）项目投资估算：总投资5000万元
