三、项目内容：岚县与太原市、忻州市、吕梁市相连，直线距离各为100公里，省道岚古线、忻黑线和国道209线贯穿岚境。普明镇位于岚县西南部，距县城10公里,国道209线、太兴铁路专用线、太佳高速公路，全部途经普明镇。岚县新型工业园区入驻普明镇，该项目位于普明工业园，规划建设的现代物流中心占地2000亩，是集交易、配送、仓储、服务、加工于一起的现代物流中心。
III. Project Content: Lan County is adjacent to Taiyuan City, Xinzhou City and Lvliang City. The straight-line distance is 100km. Provincial road, Lan-Gu Line, Xin-Hei Line and national highway 209 pass across Lan County. Puming Town, located on southwestern side of Lan County, is 10km away from the county. National highway 209, Tai-Xing Railway Line, Tai-Jia Expressway all pass by Puming Town. New industrial park in Lan County settles down in Puming Town. The project, located in Puming Industrial Park, plans to cover 2,000mu and integrate trade, transport, inventory, services and processing.
四、投资总额及合作方式：总投资15亿元。采用合资、合作、独资均可。
IV. Total Investment and Investment Method: total investment is 1.5 billion Yuan. Cooperation, joint venture and sole investment are allowed.
五、市场预测及投资回报分析：项目建成后，将形成辐射联通吕梁市、忻州市、太原市城乡、功能完备的物流体系，吸纳商贸流通企业入驻经营，带动相关产业发展，预计每年可实现营业收入1亿元，利税1200万元。
V. Market Estimation and Benefit Analysis: After the completion of the project, it will form a logistics system that connects Lvliang City, Xinzhou City, urban and rural areas in Taiyuan City, with multiple functions. Trade enterprises will settle down in the park to facilitate relevant industrial development. It is predicted that annual business income will reach 100 million Yuan. Interest tax will reach 12 million Yuan.
