(I) Project content
1、该项目依托临猗县110万亩绿色生产基地，覆盖运城市350万亩水果主产区，建设一个辐射晋、陕、豫黄河金三角地区，远销全国乃至世界的产地市场；建成一个全国各地水果、水产、干调等农副产品在黄河金三角地区的重要销地市场；同时成为一个提供农业技术服务、信息服务、农资供给服务为一体的产业化服务市场和以“农”为中心、融合各种业态的全产业链农商物流综合体。项目选址位于舜帝大道以北，209国道以东区域。
1. The project covers 3.5 million mu main fruit production zone, constructs a Yellow River golden delta area that radiates Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan Province depending on 1.1 million mu green production base in Linyi County. The products are sold to the entire country and even the whole world. One important market in Yellow River golden delta area that sells fruits, aquatic products, seasonings and other agricultural byproducts will be built. Besides, one industrialized service market that integrates agricultural and technological services, information services and supply of agricultural production means as well as a whole-industrial chain agricultural and commercial logistics complex that centers on “agriculture” and integrates different industrial forms will be established. The project is located in north to Shundi Avenue and east to National Road 209.
2、项目建设内容及规模：该项目为新建项目，占地550亩。项目建设分四大板块,即：（1）交易板块，包括果蔬市场、副食品专业批发市场、干调市场、粮油市场、肉类水产品市场、名优农特产品市场、配送中心等；（2）农资板块，包括农机、化肥、农药、种子等；（3）仓储板块，包括高端冷库、农产品仓储、以果品分选为主的产后化处理；（4）配套板块，包括办公、住宿、餐饮、车辆服务、冷链物流、金融、检疫检测、信息发布平台等；
2. Project content and scale: It is a new construction project, covering 550mu. The project construction is divided into four panels: (1) trade panel, including fruit and vegetable market, specialized byproduct wholesale market, seasoning market, crops & oil market, meat & aquatic product market, well-known and high-quality specific product market, delivery center, etc.; (2) Agricultural production means panel, including agricultural machines, fertilizer, pesticide, seed, etc.; (3) storage panel, including high-end cooling warehouse, agricultural product storage, post-production processing that centers on fruit classification and selection; (4) matching panel, including office businesses, accommodation, catering, vehicle services, cooling chain logistics, finance, quarantine and detection, information issuance platform, etc.
（二）项目投资估算：项目总投资100000万元，全部为投资企业自筹。
(II) Project investment Budget: Total investment: 1 billion Yuan, which is all raised by the investment enterprises.
（三）项目配套条件：场地、道路、水、电、气、通讯及其它配套设施基本到位。
