浙江黑五类食品有限公司创办于2010年，是南方黑五类集团旗下企业，主要负责“南方”黑芝麻饮料系列的运营工作。目前公司主要产品有“南方”食品中老年黑芝麻牛奶系列饮料产品和针对儿童护眼的“南方”食品海底小纵队发酵胡萝卜汁系列产品。如：“南方”黑芝麻养生乳、“南方”如纯活益菌、“南方”核桃乳等系列产品。
The Zhejiang Black Five Food Co., Ltd is established in 2010 and it is a subsidiary enterprise of Nanfang Black Five Group, it is mainly responsible for the operation of Nanfang Black Sesame beverage series product. At present, the main products of company include Nanfang Food Elderly Black Sesame Milk series product and Nanfang Food Octonauts Fermented Carrot Juice series product targeting at eye protection of children. Such as Nanfang Black Sesame Healthy Milk, Nanfang Pure Probiotic and Nanfang Walnut Milk.

Project content
1.简述项目背景概况：项目总投资15亿元，占地600亩，选址于北洸乡北洸村，该项目主要生产“南方”黑芝麻养生乳饮料系列和豆制品系列产品，并结合当地的优势农副产品，利用“南方食品”的研发能力，品牌和销售渠道优势，深加工、开发出“南方”品牌的天然、健康的农副产品饮料。
Brief Introduction of Project Background: The project total investment is 1.5 billion Yuan, the project area is 600 mu, the project site is Beiguang Village of Beiguang Town. This project mainly produce the Nanfang Black Sesame Healthy Milk series and soybean products series, it combines the local dominant agricultural and sideline products with the research and development ability, branding and marketing channel advantages of Nanfang Food to intensively process and develop the natural and healthy agricultural and sideline products beverage of Nanfang brand.
2.项目建设内容及规模：（1）“南方”黑芝麻养生乳饮料系列和豆制品系列产品；（2）“南方”品牌的农副产品饮料；（3）把台湾的企业引进园区；（4）引进4-5家企业落户到“南方食品”海峡青创产业园。
Project Construction Content and Scale: (1) Nanfang Black Sesame Healthy Milk series and soybean series products; (2) agricultural and sideline products beverage of Nanfang brand; (3) introduce Taiwanese enterprises into the park; (4) introduce 4 or 5 enterprises into Nanfang Food Cross-Strait Youth Entrepreneurship Industrial Park.
（二）项目投资估算：项目总投资15亿元
Project Investment Budget: Total investment is 1.5 billion Yuan.
（三）项目配套条件：场地、道路、水、电、气、通讯及其它设置完备。
Project Supporting terms: Site, road, water supply, electricity supply, natural gas supply, communication and other infrastructures are well-equipped.
（四）项目市场预测及效益分析：工业项目完全建成达标后，工业年产值达25亿元，年利税达10000万元人民币。
Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis After the project completion and all the standards are met, the annual industrial output is 2.5 billion Yuan and the annual profit and taxes is 100 million Yuan.

Approval (record): Has not been recorded in Development and Reform Bureau of Taigu County yet.
（三）土地、环保：该项目符合国家和我省的产业政策，已经国土、城建、环保等部门初审通过，项目正在申报、审核中；
Land and environmental protection:: Comply with the national and provincial industrial policies, the preliminary approvals of Land and Resources Bureau, Urban Construction Bureau and Ministry of Environmental Protection have been obtained, the project application and review are in progress.
