二、建设内容：沁源县县城及周边沁河镇、交口乡、法中乡、中峪乡范围。项目规划、城南湿地公园、东山公园、南石湿地公园、东山慢道、滨水慢道及旅游公路、河道湿地治理等配套设施建设工程。
II. Building content: downtown Qinyuan county and its surrounding Qinhe town, Jiaokou town, Fazhong town and Zhongyu town. Supporting facilities including project planning, south city wetland park, Dongshan park, Nanshi wetland park, Dongshan slow track, Binhai slow track and tourism road, Hedao wetland governance and so forth.
三、配套条件：开通旅游交通线路，建设游览设施、服务设施、基础设施。

Transportation lines for travel. Tourism and service facilities, infrastructures are to be built.
四、投资估算：该项目总投资估算30亿元，拟引资28亿元，合资合作均可，建设期为9年。

该项目建成后，预计年接待游客可达50万人次，旅游综合收入将达10亿元，可以为至少500人提供与旅游服务相关的就业岗位。
