The company was founded in January, 2017 and registered in Taishan Village, Mashang town, outskirt of Changzhi city with a registered capital of 100 million Yuan. It is mainly engaged in tourism development, food operation, diet services, hotel, accommodation services, tourism commodity and sales of artware.
四、项目概况：
（一）项目内容：选长治市郊区马厂镇台上村，建设旅游综合度假区。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资32亿，拟引资32亿。
（三）项目建设规模：规划用地面积约3492亩
（四）项目建设内容：项目依托长治深厚文化背景和漳泽湖生态环境，打造山西首个“古驿祈福，滨水旅游”体闲度假区。项目主要分为四大组团：漳泽湖滨水体闲旅游区、长宁钢铁（集团）有限公司工业生态转型区、古驿道文化体验区、美丽乡村示范区。实现项目打造六大中心：长治市民慢休闲基地、工业转型休闲基地、灵运祈福文化基地、漳泽湖生态体闲运动基地、青少年娱乐研学基地。
（五）项目配套条件情况：场地、道路、水、电、气通讯及其它配套设施齐全
（六）项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：努力打造长治美丽乡村示范基地，构筑景村共融的和谐旅游生态发展圈。
IV. Project profile
(One) Content: comprehensive tourism resort is built in Taishang village, Machang town, outskirt of Changzhi city.
(Two) Budget: total investment is 3.2 billion Yuan. It plans to invest 3.2 billion Yuan
(Three) Scale: land area: 3492 mu.
(Four) Project building content: by relying on profound cultural background of Changzhi and ecological environment of Zhangze Lake, the project is to build the first leisure resort featuring ‘bliss to the ancient post and riverfront tourism’. The project is divided into four divisions namely Zhangze lake riverfront leisure tourism area, Changning Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. ecological transformation area, ancient post cultural experience zone and beautiful countryside model area. It is to built six centers namely slow leisure base for city residents in Changzhi, industrial transformation leisure base, bliss cultural base, Zhangze lake ecological leisure sports base and research and development base for entertainment among youngsters.
(Five) Supporting utilities: squares, roads, water, power, gas, communication and other supporting utilities are completed.
(Six) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis: it endeavors to build a model base for beautiful countryside and build a harmonious travel ecological development circle aggregating landscape with villages.

（一）政策：符合国家、我省产业政策；
（二）立项：正在编制规划和可研；
（三）选址：经国土、环保、城建规划等部门初审同意；
（四）土地：符合国家土地政策，经相关国土部门初审认可。
（五）环保：经环保部门初审认可。

(Three) Site: it has been given consent through initial review by such departments as national land resources, environmental resources, city building and planning;
