（一）项目背景及建设内容
浑源县是全国全域旅游示范县，县委县政府为了城市人居与绿色景点互相和谐融合，打造“城市公园化”的特色环境，提高市民生活质量，改变城市面貌，激发城市活力，美化城市环境，服务城市居民和旅游者，增加更多休闲、娱乐、游憩等主题产品，全面提升浑源城市品味。
该项目位于浑源县永安镇，开发范围东至广源高速北出口路，南至迎宾西街，西至大灵线，北至神溪村，总占地面积约6000亩。主要建设内容包括园林绿化、体育馆、文化馆、博物馆等。
（二）项目估算：100000万元。
（三）政策：符合国家产业政策及山西省产业规划。
III. Project profile
(One) Background and content
Huiyuan county is a national model tourism county. To help harmoniously mix people’s livelihood with green landscape, the county government and county committee is roundly boosting its city taste by forging featured environment for ‘city park’ so as to boost citizen’s living quality, reshape city landscape, arouse city vigor, beautify city environment, service city residents and travelers and add to more theme products on leisure, entertainment and recreation.
This project is located in Yongan Town, Hunyuan County. Its development range is extended to the northern exit of Guang Yuan Expressway to the east, West Yingbin Street to the south, Daling line to the west and Shenxi Village to the north. It covers a land area of around 6000 mu. Its main building content covers landscaping, gyms, cultural center and museums.

(Three) Policy: it aligns with national industry policies and industrial planning in Shanxi
